Clear and transparent cancellation terms for all our services

At Niharika Bhawan, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read it carefully before confirming your booking.
The following cancellation terms apply to all room bookings at Niharika Bhawan:

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The refund will be returned to the same payment method or account used for the original payment. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
During peak pilgrimage seasons, major festivals, and holidays (such as Navratri, Diwali, New Year, and other high-demand periods), stricter cancellation terms may apply. These will be clearly communicated to you at the time of booking confirmation.
Niharika Bhawan assists guests with helicopter and ropeway bookings as an authorized agent. The cancellation and refund policy for these services is governed by the official service operators, not by Niharika Bhawan.
To cancel your booking:
Verbal or informal cancellations are not valid. Cancellations must be acknowledged by us via WhatsApp to be considered confirmed.
If a guest checks out earlier than their confirmed checkout date, the unused nights will be treated as a late cancellation (less than 24 hours) and will not be eligible for a refund, unless the early departure is due to a verified emergency. This is at the sole discretion of management.
In the event of circumstances beyond our control — including natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or official closure of the Vaishno Devi Yatra route — we will do our best to offer rescheduling or a full refund. Such situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you wish to modify your booking (change dates, room type, or number of guests), please contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in a change in pricing. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable requests.
